Nova Era features enchanting and well-known melodies in the styles of Bach, Vivaldi and other great composers. Each timeless piece is custom arranged and supported by a driving modern day New Age, World or Dance groove. This unique element sets Nova Era's distinctive sound apart and in a category all its own. What's more, their show is an amazing visual extravaganza recapturing all the elegance and Aristocratic splendor of the 18th century Venice. The performing musicians are featured in one of a kind, artistically hand-crafted costumes dawning spectacular wigs, all of which are reminiscent of Venice's famed "Carnevale di Venezia".

The Musicians…

Nova Era is led by the harmonious voicing of a dynamic Oboe, seductive Violin and a tranquil Cello...

A high-energy rhythm section backs Nova Era, consisting of drums, percussion, electric bass and keyboard.

The Composer...

Nova Era was founded by Composer/Producer Andres Roca and Oboist Maria Luisa Coppelli. Andres' sensual melodies and rhythmically challenging arrangements are compiled from a lifetime of diverse musical and ethnical influences. Although he is a classically trained composer, Andres utilizes much of his Pop influences derived from years spent performing on stage, composing and producing Pop and Dance tracks. With Nova Era, he has merged the two creating a unique style... "Danceable yet Ethnically and Classically influenced"... is how he describes his work.

Previous engagements have included International performances that span two continents. All of the musicians have been featured with major Symphony Orchestras both abroad and in the U.S. Nova Era’s clients include:  Disney's Epcot World Showcase Italy, The Regent Beverly Wilshire and a feature PBS special.
