2) THE TEAM-BUILDING JUGGLING WORKSHOP: Jeff has created an interactive juggling workshop specifically for the corporate market. A graduate of Georgetown University, Jeff uses the process of learning how to juggle as a metaphor for tackling any new task at hand. Jeff breaks juggling down into a systematic process that can be learned by anyone who is willing to step outside his or her comfort zone and focus every step of the way. Employees are on their feet, working together to achieve a desired outcome. Companies love it because it reinforces essential workforce themes—determination, patience, goal setting, etc. Employees love it because it’s a team-building program that is different, active, and fun. If desired, customized juggling balls with a company logo can be arranged and given out as souvenirs.
