President
Sean McCabe has been in the entertainment industry since the tender age of 6, when he received his first guitar as a birthday present. With guitar in tow, Sean attended Ithaca and Siena College in New York from 1984-1989, pursuing his career in Music and Communications as both an entertainer and a producer. It was through his formative band years that Sean would befriend many of the musicians, producers and engineers, followed by other various industry professionals that now comprise one of the most comprehensive talent databases in the country. A dedicated, ethical, hard-working professional in the special events industry; an international celebrity performer*; a nationally recognized speaker at trade shows, conventions and expos*; a writer for syndicated magazines*; a Master of Ceremonies for major trade affiliations and showcase events; and a true expert in the entertainment arena, Sean has been in the biz as a producer, performer and a connoisseur of elite talent for his entire adult life. With appearances on network television (MTV, Entertainment Tonight, Extra, The Learning Channel, E, Jerry Springer); performances as a Master of Ceremonies, an accomplished guitarist; and one of The World's Largest Theme Park's most highly requested party hosts and emcees, Sean has a solid track record of incredibly successful events that has helped EC earn a reputation for being one of the most reliable, respected Talent Agencies in the entertainment industry.

 Eric Rung Technical Consultant Eric Rung graduated in the top of his class at one of the most prestigious, college-accredited Technical Arts Schools in the world, Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. There, he crafted his expertise in audio, visual and lighting design; along with developing his broad-based Music Business background. Eric is also one of Orlando's most-respected audio and lighting consultants, providing technical solutions for both national and international clients. His attention to detail, and organizational skills help Eric insure your event's success. In addition to his technical skills, his comprehensive knowledge of the entertainment industry helps Eric coordinate numerous events here at EC.
 Jessica Larmore Sales and Marketing Director Jessica is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. She has produced numerous theatre shows, general sessions and corporate events. In addition to producing Cirque Shows, Jessica is well-versed in modeling, dance, promotional work and trade shows. With a strong performance background, she applies her skills both inside and outside of the office, conceptualizing the many details that lead to outstanding productions. Jessica's work does not stop at driving the message to potential clients, and earning their business. It continues from the first sales call to the final curtain! Dedicated and creative, Jessica consistently produces successful shows that have helped us become one of the nation's leading talent providers.  Ashley Carey Talent Agent Ashley brings her experience as a professional dancer, actor and spokesperson to EC Model & Talent Agency. Ashley has performed all over the world, entertaining thousands in countries including Spain, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Egypt and the Bahamas, just to name a few. She has been featured on several television shows including E!'s "Whose Wedding is it Anyway?" and Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance?" Ashley's dance specialties include: Flamenco, Polynesian, Middle-Eastern and Latin Ballroom dancing. Whether your event is a large corporate convention, or a small family gathering, Ashley is sure to captivate and entertain your guests.
